Every year our neighbors grind up and make their own sausage. They make pork sausage, breakfast links, summer sausage, brats, jalapeno brats, cajun brats, & onion & cheese brats. Last year they invited us to be a part of sausage making, and this year I remembered my camera! As you can see even the kids help out.
